Am I alone in this? is an intimate new play by Young Company Creators that explores all the ways in which the world we are living in can make us feel lonely. I faciliated this cocreation journey and directed the production for Stage 2. ​barely surviving a homeless hostel after our worst sectioning we discovered sergei parajanov's film colour of pomegranates. parajanov was an incredible artist/film-maker from literal transcaucasia. indo-european languages were birthed here. the soviet union imprisoned him because of his bisexuality, causing huge mental distress / trauma yet his childlike wonder couldn't be silenced.
